With hearts full of sorrow and gratitude, the Carmel Family, Kamed, came together to honour the life and legacy of our departed senior teacher, our dearly loved Jayesh Bhakshi Sir, who left for his heavenly abode on July 5, 2025. A solemn Remembrance ceremony was held on July 9, 2025, in the school premises, bringing together teachers, students, and staff in a collective moment of remembrance and prayer. Dr. Sister Kripa Maria, the Principal of Carmel School, led the heartfelt tributes, remembering Bhakshi Sir for his unwavering dedication, humility, and the meaningful impact he had on the lives of many.

The tribute ceremony included a candle-lighting ritual and floral offerings by students and teachers, followed by a moment of silent reflection and special prayers for the repose of his soul. The quiet reverence of the gathering spoke volumes of the love and respect he earned through his life of service. Bhakshi Sir’s presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever guide the Carmel community.
