The
Nursery class observed a joyful and engaging Bagless Day
filled with hands-on learning and creative activities on 29th july
2025. Highlight of the day was the Fruits and Vegetables Sorting Activity,
designed to introduce the young learners to the concept of healthy eating and
food identification.
Children
were provided with colorful stickers of fruits and vegetables along with two
baskets labelled “Fruits” and “Vegetables”.
With great excitement, the little ones identified the stickers and carefully
pasted them into the correct baskets. This activity enhanced their recognition,
fine motor skills, and ability to categorize food items while reinforcing
healthy food choices.
As
part of Bagless Day, the students enjoyed a relaxed and joyful environment,
free from the routine of books and bags. They actively participated in playful,
creative, and experiential learning tasks, which promoted curiosity and
enthusiasm for learning.
