As a part of cultural celebration and
creative learning, a **Rakhi Making Activity** was organized for the Nursery
class on the occasion of Raksha Bandhanon 5th August2025. The activity aimed to
foster creativity, fine motor skills, and an understanding of Indian traditions
among the little ones.
Children enthusiastically participated in
the activity using decorative materials like ribbons, beads, stickers, and
glitter. With the guidance of teachers and support staff, each child created
beautiful handmade rakhis. The smiles and joy on their faces reflected their
excitement and pride in their creations.
The day was also observed as a **Bagless
Day**, focusing on joyful and experiential learning beyond textbooks. Various
playful and hands-on activities like
singing rhymes, were conducted
to make the day engaging and meaningful.
