The NCC Unit of Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School, Ujjain, organized a Plantation Drive on 7^th August to promote environmental awareness and sustainability. The program was held under the guidance of First Officer Mr. Dipesh Ghanwat and in the presence of Hawaldar Narendra Singh of 10 MP Battalion, Sr. Serene, and  Dr. Sister Lisy. The event began with a brief address highlighting the importance of trees in combating climate change and maintaining ecological balance.

NCC cadets actively planted a variety of saplings on the school campus and took an oath to nurture them with care. Students also displayed creative slogans to spread the message of conservation. The initiative not only encouraged students to take responsibility for protecting nature but also showcased the school’s commitment to building a green and clean environment, earning appreciation from the staff and management.
