Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School organized an engaging *Declamation Competition* for students of Classes IX to XII on  12^th  August 2025. The event aimed to enhance the students’ public speaking skills, boost their confidence, and encourage them to express their thoughts on significant issues with clarity and conviction.

Participants spoke on a variety of thought-provoking topics, ranging from social and environmental concerns to historical speeches and contemporary challenges. Each speaker impressed the audience with their oratory skills, powerful voice modulation, and ability to connect with listeners. The competition was judged by  Mrs. Anjalina Samuel and Mrs Pragati Shrivastava, who evaluated the participants on content, expression, pronunciation, and overall impact.
