Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour through a Special
Assembly presented by the students of Class 7A. On 15th August, KG-1
students also presented a patriotic prayer service featuring a song, dance, and
short talks on national symbols, including the Tricolour and Ashoka Chakra. The

The programme began with a melodious patriotic song by the students,
stirring deep feelings of love for the nation. This was followed by a
captivating dance drama depicting the sacrifices and struggles of our freedom
fighters, which deeply moved the audience.
Our Honourable Principal, Sister Dr. Kripa Maria, addressed the
gathering, highlighting the true meaning of freedom and encouraging students to
imbibe values of unity, discipline, and responsibility to build a strong
nation. She also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the students and the Class Teacher, Ms. Anjalina Joseph.
A heartfelt tribute to a freedom fighter was also presented,
recalling their courage and unwavering dedication to India’s independence. This
segment served as an inspiring reminder of the price paid for the freedom we
enjoy today.
The celebration concluded with the singing of the National Anthem,
as everyone stood together, saluting the
Tricolour with reverence and pride.
