On 23rd August 2025, UKG students
celebrated a special **Tree Plantation Activity** as part of a **Bagless Day**
programme. The aim of the activity was to make children aware of the importance
of trees and to encourage them to care for nature.
The day began with a **skit and dance** by
the students, showcasing the **importance of tree plantation** and spreading
the message of “Save Trees, Save Life.”
Each
child got the opportunity to **plant seeds in pots** with the guidance of their
teachers. This hands-on activity filled them with joy and gave them a sense of
responsibility towards nature.
Teachers also explained to the children how
trees help us by giving oxygen, shade, fruits, and a clean environment. The
little ones pledged to water their plants regularly and take care of them.
Overall, the activity was full of fun and
learning. It not only created environmental awareness but also built a strong
connection between children and nature.
