Carmel Convent School successfully hosted the Inter-House Kho-Kho
and Kabaddi Competitions on 29th September for students of Classes
VI to XII. The playground was buzzing with energy as students displayed
remarkable skill, teamwork, and determination in every match, highlighting the
true spirit of sports.
In the Kabaddi competitions, Lumen House emerged victorious for Boys
VI–VIII and IX–XII, while Candor House and Shalom House secured the runner-up
positions. Kho-Kho matches were equally thrilling, with Esher House winning for
Girls VI–VIII, Shalom House for Boys VI–XII, and Lumen House for Girls IX–XII.
Every match showcased not just competition but also teamwork, strategy, and
sportsmanship among the students.
The events were expertly organized by our dedicated Physical
Education trainers, ensuring smooth and fair competitions. Sincere thanks were
extended to our Principal, Dr. Sister Kripa Maria, for her constant
encouragement and support in promoting such vibrant and spirited sporting
events. The day was a memorable celebration of talent, enthusiasm, and school
pride.
