Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School celebrated St. Chavara Day
with devotion, paying tribute to its founder, St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara.
Class 2-B organized a special assembly as a heartfelt tribute to his vision,
dedication to education, and spirit of selfless service. The programme began
with a prayer song, invoking God’s blessings and seeking the guidance of St.
Chavara.
The students brought St. Chavara’s teachings to life through a skit
and a graceful dance that highlighted love, faith, and the value of learning.
They shared his simple yet powerful message: “Always do good and help others
whenever you can.”Their performances encouraged everyone to follow his example
of kindness, discipline, and service.
The assembly was a spiritually uplifting experience that inspired
the entire Carmel family to embrace St. Chavara’s values of faith, discipline,
and selfless service. The celebration concluded with an inspiring address by
our Principal, Dr. Sr. Kripa Maria, appreciated the confident performances of
the students and the efforts of their class teacher, Mrs. Aastha Ahuja.
