A spot inspection was carried out in Carmel school james, Ujjain by a team of provincial experts on the 16th of January 2024.

Dr. Sr. Noel, Sr. Shanthi, Sr. Betty and Sr. Merin who were welcomed in the morning assembly by our Principal Dr. Sr. Kripa. Maria, staff and students. The morning assembly was appreciated as well-organized, fostering a sense of unity. Students' Timeliness and orderliness during assembly were observed.

The team observed rules and regulations, respectful learning atmosphere, administrative records, student records, teachers records, documenting and tracking, teachers updation and other aspects.

The team observed that Teachers demonstrate proficiency in delivering lessons. Classroom management techniques are effective, ensuring an optimal learning environment. Student engagement and participation are encouraged.

Dr. Sr. Noel spoke to the staff and advised them to Explore opportunities for additional extracurricular activities to further engage students.

To Encourage periodic teacher training sessions to stay updated on effective teaching methodologies.

She also expressed the need for teachers to work hand in hand and lead and guide the students effectively.
